Peter (Hakim) Young

Peter (Hakim) Young was born in 1949 in London. In the mid-1970s he enrolled at the Beshara School at the Chisholme Institute as a student, and served as principal of the school from 1984 to 2015, taking over the organization’s direction after the death of Bulent Rauf. Since leaving Chisholme, he has been running green woodworking courses.
