Stephen Fulder
Stephen Fulder was born in 1946 in London and earned a Ph.D. in molecular biology. He became involved in Vipassana meditation and practice in 1975, spending years in India and later moving to Israel, where he founded Tovana, the Israel Insight Society. He has been teaching Buddhist meditation practice for nearly thirty years.
