In Nature Speaks Lake addresses our need for connection to self and nature. It is through the awareness of the heart that a deeper understanding of humans’ unity with all life can be birthed. The framework of yin and yang illustrates how, as a culture, we’ve become imbalanced and disconnected, and how the honoring of the long forgotten yin is needed for harmonious living.
